

The Goverlan Administrative GPO can be used to push policies and settings to Goverlan Agents. There are three options for configuring the Goverlan Agents to use the network share for storing logs. Goverlan users must have atleast read access to the share. Configuring a Custom Share for Remote Control loggingĬonfigure a network share on your network where Users have Read and Write access. Custom shares can be used to backup or centralize logs when there is no Goverlan Central Server present. Goverlan Remote Control logs can be stored on a custom network share. In the Goverlan Central Server Management Console, click on the Audit tab on the Command Bar to view the real time audit log. The Goverlan Central Server will automatically collect Remote Control logs and centrally store them. The Goverlan Session History is an audit log of all remote control events that took place on the target computer. Right click any workstation and select View Session Log.Īlso access the log from the Session History button on the Main tab of the Command bar while in a remote control session. The proprietary log is maintained by the Goverlan agent and can be accessed from the Goverlan Remote Control UI.Īccess the log from the Favorites section.
